    Did a Warrior Dash obstacle course in TN Saturday as well as a bunch of driving. That and a relative lack of sleep left me feeling a bit drowsy and drained.

    I'm doing a push/pull contest in just over four weeks. I'd like to get 250lb this year. I'd need to be able to do 5 reps with 225lb to get it (in theory), so since I got 5 reps in one of my work sets, I'm going for 220lb next session.
