ITB tightness and quad pain on my first set; some release techniques brought it under control. Squatting at home for the first time in a while likely didn't help.

Dealing with a head cold and haven't had the most sleep in the last few days but showed up to train.

Little to no left arm weakness while doing these, especially for the first few sets.

Gave blood the day before but it didn't seem to faze me much (for one thing, I only gave a standard pint instead of the double red cell donations that I had done the last few times). Also had a bit of a warmup beforehand; the guy helping run the gym had me try my hand at pulling a large tire with a rope. Did it fairly well.

Used a mixed grip for the work set; didn't want my progress to stall for no good reason. Bar tried to get a bit cockeyed on me but didn't stop me. On to 360lb next session.
