Got to the gym and realized that I had forgotten to pack my shorts. Another session of lifting in my scrub pants.

These didn't feel nearly as tough as I was expecting them to. I also upped my rest time between work sets slightly to 9 minutes.

These were feeling hard tonight; especially as my left shoulder was getting aggravated by them. Upped my rest time to eight minutes.
