    I think I had the bar a bit too high on me during the second set. Really focused on bar position for the third set; still had to grind the last rep.

    *I ended up doing three reps, then felt like I couldn't do any more. After reviewing my reps I decided to try and finish the set. The "fourth" rep was rough but the last one actually felt better.

    Got to the gym and realized that I had forgotten to pack my shorts. Another session of lifting in my scrub pants.

    These didn't feel nearly as tough as I was expecting them to. I also upped my rest time between work sets slightly to 9 minutes.

    These were feeling hard tonight; especially as my left shoulder was getting aggravated by them. Upped my rest time to eight minutes.
