    Left my belt at home so had to borrow one that was a 4" instead of my 3".

    Ended up doing my reps on the quick side; had watched a YT vid on Westside Barbell's speed bench technique and couldn't help but imagine Louis Simmons yelling at me to "Drive! Drive! Drive!".
