Still easy. Still can't quite find my groove on squats. It was 80 deg, which sucked. Hasn't been over 60ish in the garage on a training day until now.

Squats went better. BP was pretty easy, when I got to 5 on the last set I doubted my counting so I did another - may have been 6.

After the brief LP, re-started GGW w/bench focus. Hit a few PR's: Press 162.5 x 5 x 4; and 170 x 4 x 4; These would be RM's but I did them for sets across. Also CGBP 267.5 x 4 x 4 and bench 285 x 4.
Was supposed to do 285 x 4 x 4 except I tore my pec on the third rep of set 2 last night. Doesn't seem too severe, I heard it happen and it is sore and swollen. Not a lot of bruising or pain. I guess I will do a quick Starr rehab.
I was also getting close to the SQ and DL PR's, but I tweaked my back and went light last two training sessions. I was just trying to make it to next week's [Week 10] deload. Guess I didn't make it.
