    I don't mean to be a jerk but I don't understand what you are doing. What are Thrusters and Roms? Do you do the lifts discussed in SS?

    Full "rom" is Range of Motion

    Or did you think that it meant "Roman"

    I'm not really sure, but I don't think that I'm Roman.

    However I will conquer the Romans. In fact, I already have conquered Rome.

    I want to drop my Italian name for something north African or middle eastern instead.
