    today I decided to give the 5/3/1 approach at Military Presses a try. Maybe next time Ill add some extra sets at low weight and high reps for hypertrophy

    IDK about 300lbs although that would be AWESOME. as long as Im able to crank one strict at 25lbs above BW then Ill be fine with that!!! Who knows I may one day shoot for the 300 club
