My current 5/3/1-TM hybrid is similar to what Wendler lays out in the article. I haven't purchased his new book yet, it may be next on the list after I'm done with the Everett book.
Currently debating if I should do the Intensity Workout today as scheduled or take an extra day off. I caught The Plague Monday night and wasn't able to eat at all Tuesday and half of Wednesday. I think I need to get some calories in my body today and go for it tomorrow morning.
