    My current 5/3/1-TM hybrid is similar to what Wendler lays out in the article. I haven't purchased his new book yet, it may be next on the list after I'm done with the Everett book.

    Currently debating if I should do the Intensity Workout today as scheduled or take an extra day off. I caught The Plague Monday night and wasn't able to eat at all Tuesday and half of Wednesday. I think I need to get some calories in my body today and go for it tomorrow morning.

    Press: 145x1, 155x1, 165x1, 175x1 PBR, 180x1 PBR, 165x1, 135X8

    * I'm doing singles because I want to update the lifter rankings (at my new sissy bodyweight of 225) and I'm still after my goal of getting both the squat and deadlift into the 400's by the end of the year.


    Accessory Work: High Pulls, weighted chin singles (15#)

    Paused: 315x2, 295x4, 275x6

    Bench (volume): 190x5x5

    Deadlift: 315x1, 335x1, 355x1, 375x1, 395x1 PBR, 405x0, 315x5
    * 405 broke off the floor, but that's it. I thought that's all I would get after 395, but wanted to try.

    Gator Rows: 117x10
    * These are more productive after deficits when I have something left.

    * The 4th rep was a bit high, but the squats keep moving along.
