    The back was cranky today and you never know if deadlifts will make it better or worse (usually better).

    Wow! Wish I had what just happened on video. Didn't feel good today, but went ahead and lifted anyways like a normal person. Squats felt heavy. 335x1 felt crummy, but tried 355. On the way out of the bottom I started to fall backwards and somehow managed to take a step back with my left foot finished the rep and then nearly missed racking it. I'm going to drop the weight and try a bit more. Than I might watch an episode of Dirk Gently and drink some hot tea.
