    starting strength coach development program
    Light day. Just squats. Harder than they should be because I moved this up a day for convenience. Only managed 365x1 and thought I might fail at it. Evidence keeps pointing toward I can only advance the squat or the deadlift. And it's about time the deadlift had a chance.
