Trying to get back into the groove. My body and mind are resisting...
    Tuesday 1/29/19
Bodyweight 208.75. I'm positive that most of this weight loss is from muscle loss, but honestly regardless of the reason it is way better seeing that number than 214 on the scale each morning. 20 pounds to go!

    Bench - 225 for 10. yay! 185 for 10. Agony.

OHP - 95 for 5, 115 for 8 and 8. Unpleasantness, but no back discomfort so I am pretty happy about that!

    Accessory stuff
    Tricep rope - 80 for 30
    Hammer curls - 20 for 20
    Farmer's walk - 80's.
Ring pull ups - 3. I had zero energy for these and didn't want to force the issue.

    I'm sore as fawk.

Missed Thursday due to work and family stuff and then missed Friday because I was at a gymnastics meet. I know more excuses... turns out I have a bunch leftover from last year.

    Monday 2/4/19
Bodyweight 210.7 because of poor life choices.

    Squats - 315 for 5, 5, and 5. This was a conditioning workout. Sad...

Sumo deads - 315 for 5. Grip started giving out after 5. More sadness.

Farmers walk with 90's. That was respectable.

    One arm rows - 50 for 8, 60 for 8. 60's were hard. -> sad...

I was going to try some toes to bars, but my partner had lost all motivation and I wasn't too far behind.

I am hoping to force the issue by just going to the gym and finding my motivation again.

    Two days in a row! That's a 2019 record!

    Tuesday 2/5/19
    Bodyweight 210.25

Bench - 250 for 5, 5, and 5. Pretty hard. Trying now to get a baseline so that I can start putting together a program.

    OHP - 135 for 5, 5, and 5. Also fairly difficult.

    hammer curls - 20 for 20
    Tricep rope - 80 for 30
    Chins - 4
Static handstand hold until I couldn't hold form any more
Toes to bar 8. Hands started slipping and I did not want to end up on my head.

That was draining. Still haven't stumbled across my motivation yet...

Missed Thursday and Friday due to work commitments. However, made those days up at home.

    In total at home,
    Squats - 315 for 8, 5, and 5.
    Deads - 365 for 5
    jump rope - 100 singles

One handstand pushup earlier in the day followed by a few negatives.
    Bench - 225 for 8, 5, and 5.
    OHP - 135 for 5, 5, and 5.

Those workouts were hard as fawk.

    Bodyweight 211.something

    Squats - 315 for 8

    Front squats - 225 for 5 and 5

Sumo - 315 for 8. This was easy at least. Though in my defense I was still pretty sore from the sessions over the weekend.

    Farmer's walk with 80's. Easy'ish.

Ring pull ups - 5 and then 3

    Inverted pull ups - 8 and 4'ish

Bodyweight 211.4 (not too surprising that I gained some weight. I'm pretty sure that I was losing muscle and not fat earlier this year because I just wasn't lifting much if at all)

Bench - 230 for 8. No spotter, otherwise I would have gone for 9.

OHP - 125 for 9. I really wanted 10, but 9 was slow enough that it wasn't worth trying for.

Incline dumbbell bench - 45 for 8, 60 for 12 and then 8 (or maybe it was 10?) arms were pretty gassed by now.

    Hammer curls - 20 for 20

Tricep rope - 80 for 30 different machine not sure of the offset if any

    Static handstand hold

Feet against the wall pushups maybe 4 they were stupid hard to keep my feet from slipping

Horizontal row - 105 for 12 or might have been 15. It was easy.

    Pull ups - 4'ish

inch worms with a push up at the end - 10'ish.

Trying to add some extra stuff to keep it fun, but still reasonable. Also trying to tailor it to handstands and more pulling exercises in general

Lifted at home over the weekend.
Bodyweight has been between 210 and 214 depending on how crappy I ate the night before. Still way too high, but stress levels have been high so I eat...

Squats - 285 for 8, 8, and 8. Done beltless. Damn 8's are a lot harder than I remember them.
Deads - 365 for 5. couldn't access my sheet at home and didn't feel like figuring out what this translated to in 8's. these felt heavy as fawk.

    Pull ups - 5
    Chins - 5

A variety of handstand practice and kip up practice with my daughter who is a gymnast and makes everything look way easier than it is actually.

    next weekend day

    Bench - 205 for 8, 8, and 8.
    OHP - 115 for 8, 8, and 8.

    Pull ups - 5

I was going to try and get some more work done later in the day but that didn't work out. At least I got the minimum done.

Been sporadic in logging, I guess. Missed intensity days last week because of the holiday. However, I got the volume stuff done at home in the evenings.

    Squats were 315 for 5, 5, and 5, I think.
Deads were 335 for 8. DOH grip and did 8's instead of something heavier because I messed up last week. Just a switcheroo. These felt easy. Grip was done on the 8th rep though.

    The following day
    Bench - 230 for 5, 5, and 5.
    OHP - 125 for 5, 5, and 5.

    5 pull ups
    5 chin ups
    30 pushups after going inside

    starting strength coach development program
    Today Monday 2/25/19
Bodyweight 212 something. Saw myself in the mirror recently from the side view and did not like what I saw. I think that will be motivation to clean up the diet and start dropping some weight for realz.

Squats - 385 for 3. didn't quite feel right. First 2 were not that bad, 3rd one almost didn't make it up. Still decent I suppose given how inconsistent I've been lately.
Sumo deads - 385 for 3. these were slow and ugly from the get go. I only did 3 because I didn't want squats to have out done my pull. yuck!

5 pull up on the thick bar followed relatively quickly by 3 chins. Grip was challenged by the thicker bar. Disappointingly so.
