    Total shitshow. Don't know what's up, but I felt like throwing up the entire time. Wanted 415x4 on dead, but dropped down cause vomit. Grip was limiting factor even though I've never had an issue mix gripping anything my back can pull.

    Bench: 185x5, 205x3, 245x1, 275x1, 300x1@10 -- Got a nasty lift-off and about lost it before the push. Think I have 305 with a good lift.
