    Felt heavy. Dropped them on the last set. Need to improve my breathing and bracing. Painful tibialis.

    Giant set 1. Easy.

    - overhead side bend:
    4 x 5 x 10 kg

    Giant set 1. Hold the bar over head in a wide grip.

    - Z-press:
    8 x 20 kg
    8 x 25 kg
    8 x 27 kg

    I wanted to do bent over rows but when I bent to set up the bar, something poped in my back. It could be a pinched nerve. Couldn't do log press.

    Still having issues with turning with 160 kg. I'm also stumbling all over. Bracing isn't as good as it should be. Speed has slightly improved. Need more leg strength.

    Failed at 72 kg. Had some blood preassure issues at heavy weigths. Five reps at 62 were good but slow.

    - tire pull:
    4 x 15 m x 120 kg

    With a harness like a truck pull. Fun.

    - arm over arm pull:
    4 x 5 m x 120 kg

    Pulling tires and then dragging them back. First set I was standing behind a giant tire and pulling with my arms. Other three I was sitting in the tire and pulling with legs/back. I should to pulls/drags without a break.

    The first walk with 140 waas really good. The speed was good and the turn was good. The second one was bad. I let out too much ait before the turn, messed up the turn and the plates almost slipped of.
