Hope you are still getting the lifting in. I'm assuming you've been busy with work and such?
I have been tapering so it's not so awesome to write:
Squat 225x2x2
Bench 205x1, 185x2x2
Last 2 weeks/end of first J. GainzZz cycle brought me:
Squat 355x1 = 20lb PR
Bench 245x1 = 15lb PR
Deadlift 390x1 = 25lb PR
All at an unintentional body weight of 190lbs.
Moving forward.

Overshot the squat on my "low stress" week.
Nice PRs! You're quickly approaching that 2x BW squat.
Thanks! I'm trying to hang out at about 196-200lbs. My goals for the next cycle are >365lb squat, Deadlift 405, and bench 265 or more.

Ambitious bench goal. I think I've resigned myself to the fact that I'll be able to add 10 lbs to my bench every year!
