    Deadlift No Belt 275x5@8
    CG Bench 215x5@9, 200x5@9

Been having some lower back pain lately. Jordan and I discussed it at length and decided to work on my DL setup and be more patient with the lift.

    Squat- 315x4@9.5, 300x4@9
    Bench - 215x4@9, 205x4@9
    2ct pause bench - 185x4@9, 175x4@9

Squat should have been easier. I didn't get big air so I got a little forward at the bottom. Bench is meh right now.

After a longer than necessary back rehab, I started training again. More like exercising, but whatever. I've been doing a sort of SS LP hybrid.

I've even managed to hit some PRs.
    Power cleaned 195x1
Jerked 205x1 and almost had 225.
And I came close on my deadlift with 385x1.
I'm finally squatting over 300 again although timidly.

    Goals for the new year.
    BW around 220
    Squat 405
    Deadlift 405
    Bench 265
    Press 185
    Power Clean 225

After a few more setbacks, I'm finally getting sorted out. Training has been more consistent and I worked with Jordan to clear up some problems I've been having for quite sometime. Spent Wednesday at the House of GainzZz and identified two focus areas. 1. Setting my back before taking a big breath on the DL. 2. Grooving the bar path on my bench.

    Pause Squat: 205x4, 225x4, 215x4, 215x4
    Pause DL: 215x4x3
    Tempo Bench: 135x6, 155x6, 145x6

Was going to do more sets for the deadlift but had a friend stop by and got cold. First time doing tempo bench and it felt awkward.

My new shoes arrived today right after deadlifts. Got some Romaleos 2. They are so f'ing sweet compared to my 5 year old stretched out VS athletics. Can't wait to squat.
