    Squat: 400x5@8, 415x5@8.5, 425x5@9.5, 385x5
    Bench: 212.5x7@7, 220x7@8, 227.5x7@8.5, 232.5x7@9.5, 2x210x7
    OHP: 3x5x185
    Chinups: 3x3x115 assist
    Curls: 3x3x50

Notes: Felt good. Squat volume was a little tough, but not terrible. OHP because I'm a showboater.

    Squat: 365x5@7.5, 375x5@8.5, 380x5@9, 2x5x350
    Bench: 225x7@8.5, 225x8@9, 230x7@9, 2x7x215
    OHP: 3x225, 5x185

Notes: I hate snow. Completely killed my motivation to go to the gym when I've had to shovel twice a week. That plus birthday month and nothing's happened. Decided to restart Aimless Haystack. Log should really be titled: How to never make forward progress.

    Deadlift: 405x5@9, 4x5x365
    OHP: 3x225, 175x7@7.5, 180x7@8.5, 185x7@9, 5x7x170
    PC: 3x165, 3x175, 3x185
    PC & Press: 5x165, 2x5x135
    Chins: 3x5 w/130 assist
    Curls: 3x5x45

Notes: Doms was pretty horrible after that layoff. While I was at the gym, thanks to the never ending snow, there was a pole that got knocked down and the fire department showed up and I ended up stuck there for like 4 hours. So I did a stupid number of sets of random things. I'm probably forgetting some (I think I did extra deadlifts or RDLs but now I can't remember). Super happy my OHP hasn't declined during the layoff.

    Bench: 230x5@7.5, 240x5@8, 250x5@9

Notes: I did some other stuff, forgot to write it down. Oh well.

    Deadlift: 355x7@8.5, 365x7@9. 2x335x7
    Press: 3x 195x5, 3x 185x5

Notes: Daughter sick, no sleep, deadlifts were brutal but felt good overall.

    Squat: 380x5@8, 392.5x5@8.5, 405x5@9, 2x372.5x5
    Bench: 225x7@7.5, 232.5x7@8.5, 240x7@9.5, 3x217.5x7
    PC: 5x185x3

Notes: Was nice squatting 4 plates again. Felt decent, not too hard. Powercleans went really well, early ones were sloppy and not getting up as far as they should. Really focused on form and correct jumping for the last two sets and was almost giving them too much power, no problem racking at all.

    I also did rowing on 3/8, 3/9 and 3/12

    Deadlift: 385x5@8, 395x5@8, 410x5@9, 2x377.5x5
    Press: 177.5x7@7.5, 185x7@8.5, 195x7@9.5, 3x177.5x7
    Curls: 3x5x50

Notes: Press was good. Been comparing some of my deadlift videos over time, because back on 11/22/13 I pulled 5x460 and it felt pretty damn good - https://youtu.be/VttyITx7K4g - Now I know 2014 was kind of a shitty year for me overall, but I feel like my deadlift has gone downhill a bit too much since. I had thought it was because of not enough deadlift volume, but back then i was running TM the same way I was when I was having shit form with 425. Anyways, looking at this video 5x455 on 07/09/14 https://youtu.be/QYlY4bd08No and then my most recent one below, I feel like my shoulders have been moving back a bit and they're not forward enough, and the bar is getting too far forward in the beginning. Like I'm going into a stupid squat starting position instead of a proper deadlift position. Tried to focus on that a bit more today and going to make more of a concerted effort on it.

    Squat: 365x7@8, 375x7@8, 385x7@9, 355x7
    Bench: 245x5@8, 252.5x5@8.5, 260x5@9, 2x240x5
    CoC Grippers

Notes: Pretty normal, nothing that arduous, altho those squats definitely left me a little short on breath.

    Deadlift: 355x7@8, 365x7@8, 375x7@9, 2x345x7
    Press: 185x5@7, 192.5x5@7, 200x5@8, 205x5@9, 5x187.5x5

Notes: Deadlifts felt much improved over last week. Adapting to the 7 rep volume, tho its definitely a bitch. Tried pulling mixed grip and my elbow immediately reminded me why I don't do that. Which is unfortunate because the straps have been tearing up my hands something fierce. Should be decent callouses by next week at least. Press felt good, pretty easy and straightforward.

    Squat: 385x5@7.5, 397.5x5@8, 410x6@9.5 (?!), 380x5
    Bench: 225x7@7.5, 235x7@8, 245x7@9, 2x225x7
    Power Cleans: 5x2.5x190
    CoC Grippers

Notes: Not enough sleep the last day or two. Squats were good until the top set, where I lost count halfway through because someone waved to me (Seriously tho? Mid-set?). Anyways, 90% sure I ended up doing a sixth rep because I couldn't let myself possibly only do 4. Back off squat set was terrible because of it. Power cleans were crap and I only got 2 out of each set, but my legs/calves were dead tired at this point. Moar sleep.
