The bench went well. My set up was real tight felt good. Squat felt shitty. My back was still a little wobbly and I missed Friday so I decided to get it on Saturday.

squats felt good. Press felt easy. Surprised about that as my last two weeks of press were kind of crappy. I warmed up the deadlift but my low back got tweaked. Feels ok now.

My bodyweight has been dropping. I have been missing meals. I was 214 this morning.
I did jog for about 20 minutes on Sunday. I'm going to add a little jogging on off days and get back in a caloric surplus. My back usually feels better when I'm 220 or over. But last time I got over 225 I was huffing and puffing all the time. So, I might reset the squat and dead and run it with a bigger caloric surplus and a little conditioning. I'll see how it goes Wed.
