Cleans jacked my arm up a bit. Bit of a technique issue, bit of a shitty slow bar issue I think.
Squats were a little grindy the last two sets.

Felt a little loose during the deadlift. Concentrate on keeping tight.
Last rep on squats was a grind. May be time to change up rep scheme. Probably had one more in the tank for the bench.

First two sets on squats felt crummy. Last three felt good. Concentrate on staying tight and shoving knees out. Active hip.
