    Training has been on hold in preparation for Hurricane Irma. I did get some squats in on Wednesday evening and cruised some DOMS for a couple of days. I'm on east coast of Florida and the storm keeps ticking further west - keeping fingers crossed. Will likely be out of power for a little while, if history holds true. Back at it as soon as I can.

    Ok, back at it. Going to run with an HLM set up that has worked for me earlier this year. And awwwaaayyyy we go.

    Week 1

    Squat: 295x6x4
    Bench: 180x6x3
    Deadlift: 265x6x3

    Weight moved quickly.
