SQs were done as singles, due to unfamiliarity with equipment.
No DL because they have posted no dropping of weights, asked them if that meant from top position of DL and they said yes. So DL will get done next week. Skipped BBRows for same reason.
70x8x3 on Curlz next week.

No RDLs. Had to cut WO short to get to in-laws for new years eve celebrations. Plus those MFing SQs wiped me the fuck out. Almost threw up a couple of times. May need to take belt off between sets.
Happy with chinz, considering I've skipped them the past two weeks.

Threw up after 5th set of SQs. Called it. Repeat 325x4x6 next week.
Think I need to drop the yohimbine dosage by 2.5mg.
