    What a beautiful day to WO. Bright blue skies, 60 degrees, love it!

    Surprised weight went up so much. Cheat time yesterday. Killed 6 slices of an Angry Hawaiian 18" pizza minus the pineapple. Then at the movies had a bag of Muddie Buddies and most of a medium bag of popcorn. Saw American Sniper - a fucking incredible movie, and a great tribute to a true hero, Chris Kyle.

    SQs were rough. Had trouble maintaining back angle. Once I started focusing on that they got easier.

    Chinz were awesome. 56 reps! Huge PR. After this tendinitis heals up I'm going to have to keep this up.

    Sleep has been so-so. Working tens again, and eights on Saturday and Sunday. Ugh.

    May not have time for chinz, as WO is going to be rushed. Get to sleep at 4a tonight, wake up at 10a, WO from 11a-12p, meet wife for lunch, at work by 1:45p. Shall see if there is time. Maybe I could find a spot at work to do Chinz...

    WO was meh. Only about 5 1/2 hours of sleep last night, so...

    Fifth rep of DL got about three inches off the floor and stopped, so did I.

    Tried Chinz on a 2" pipe. Didn't go so well. Got six partial reps. Guess those bands help more than I thought.

    Yesterday's cheat meal was baked ziti and cupcakes, plus wings and a soda. Unfortunately it turned into about a five hour cheat window, as neither of us felt like going out after the party. Oh and we are having a SON! Thank god it will be ball games and not fashion shows.
