Mid-back got sore around 11th rep at 70. Let my breath out mid-rep and that started the pain. Have to maintain Valsalva for each rep.
Sleep is so so. Quality of sleep has definitely improved, but am not sleeping as long. So, I slept for 5.5 hrs last night, feel refreshed and better than when I used to sleep 10hrs, but now I worry that I am not sleeping enough. I guess I will adjust. It just seems weird.
Top of left shoulder sore after B. Didn't get any worse through rest of WO.
Went for fifth rep on OHP, didn't get it.

I have to wonder if the point of the high rep DLs is to make your hamstrings so tired that you forget about how bad your back hurts. Hammies were fried going into this session.
Heavy SQs not going to happen today. Warmed up to 295, still felt like hammies were going to snap.
Last set of SQs had best form. Everything felt super solid, locked in place. Made reps EZ.
Just found out OT got canceled until further notice. Thank God! Have been working 430p-3a 6 or 7 days a week since November. Now I will get at least a couple days at 230p-11p, maybe even a full weekend off. Oh Glorious Day!
Got spit on by the OT gods today. Manager decided that we need to pull in revenue prior to the end of the month, and must get certain project completed by Saturday night, so you and yours will work 10s and work Saturday until it is done...not even two days after they tell us that all OT is cancelled. FML!
First DL rep was DOH, got about two inches off the ground and stopped. Set it down, stepped back, grabbed it hook, and got three GRINDERS. All I can figure is that the two hours I spent last night running a seven inch grinder while leaned over that hull fried my grip and my back. 330 SQ was rough today, as well.
