255 was not going to work for reps today. Got a bad ab cramp on 4th rep of first set. Loosened belt a notch. Wearing belt on 8th hole, almost time to diet. Dropped weight to 245.
Hot as balls this afternoon, 91 degrees plus humidity. May be slightly dehydrated...need to drink more water at work.
400mg caffeine at 3:30p, 5g BCAAs, 2g Beta-A.
Weight jumped a good bit. Ate well this weekend, also, weighing in late afternoon now, may have something to so with it.

Even though I hit a B PR, still disappointed with this WO. Wanted to get 277.5x3x2, but wasn't happening. This has been a tough week, making the transition to day shift. Sleep has not been on point, and I have missed a meal or two. Also, stress level at work is much higher.
CGBP should have been 200x, but since I can't do plate math, I loaded 190 (or it may have been 197.5, and short a 5lber on the right side) by accident. Oh wells...

Not sleeping worth a fuck. Got about five hours of broken sleep last night. Partially from having done volume SQs, partially because of my poor wife, who is due in 2-3 weeks, being so uncomfortable she can't sleep, throwing up, etc...
