Very fatigued today. Got about 5.5 hrs of broken sleep last night. Definitely feeling that when I got out to the garage. No vim or vigor. Made it through SQs, though.

Ho-lee Fuck I feel like shit. Definitely dehydrated. Headache started around 11am, tried to keep up with the H20 intake, body feels fine but still have a hellacious headache. Oh well, set B rep PR! Calling it after I finish main lifts.

Looking around the web for self-diagnosis on right knee pain, signs and symptoms point to biceps femoris tendinosis. Recommended treatment is application of heat or heat retaining devices (knee sleeves) for a lingering injury.
Also could be a lateral meniscus tear. Pretty much same treatment, except if it doesn't heal on its own, surgery.
Grip was slipping on DL. Fingers were so sweaty that couldn't hold hook grip for more than three reps. And I dried and chalked my hands immediately prior to sets.
