He said that the MRI showed some fraying on the meniscus, but he thought it was on the borderline for getting surgery done. His recommendation was a steroid shot, give it a week or two to heal up, and then see where we are. So we went with that. So glad I may not have to get scoped. Was not looking forward to that at all.
Knee feels decent today. First time in weeks. Will see how it feels after WO.
Right shoulder and hip were starting to cramp on 4th rep of last set of SQs. Racked it. 109* again today. Fuck this heat. Lower left back sore after 3rd set where I tweaked it on DLs the other day.
Trying a different setup within the HLM world. Heavy SQs today, heavy B on Wednesday, heavy pulls on Friday. Also rotating light and medium work. Hopefully will make WOs a little shorter. 2.5 hrs on heavy day was no good.
On last set of SQs, back got very sore in spot where I injured it last week on DLs. Was acute enough on 3rd rep that I racked it.
On a good note, bought stance back in to original setup, knees feel much better post-WO. Will see how they feel tomorrow morning.

CGBP: on 3rd rep of first set, got cramp in upper left abs area. Had to rack after fourth rep due to pain from cramp. FML. 2nd and 3rd sets were satisfactory.
Last reps of Curlz were cheaty. Last set verrrry cheaty.
BIG PR on Chinz. Did these with no assistance. Very happy. After only three years of training, completed BW chinz for reps. Last couple of sets, 2nd rep, chin was a little shy of the bar.
Felt so nice in the garage today...thunderstorm cleared out the heat and left it at a balmy 79*. I thought I was going to get frostbite.
