Pretty good WO. I think those SQ sets might be a 3x5 PR, but too tired to go look.
Been dealing with some plantar fasciitis in my left foot for about two weeks now. Daily stretching of the posterior chain and the calves in particular have begun to minimize the pain. Getting old sucks sometimes.
Nice in the garage today.
Entire WO took about 1hr and 27 minutes. Dropped caffeine dosage to 400mg. Will see how that works for a while.
Didn't have the gas to do BBRows. Maybe slip them in on Friday on days I'm not DLing?
Got my RTS manual today. Gotta do some studyin'...

No chinz were done today as the chin bar was overrun by mosquitos. They have been ferocious since we got all that rain. I am able to keep them out of the garage by means of a Thermacell, but it did not work outside. Therefore...curlz in the SQ rack.
