First set of DL all reps done DOH. Started to lose grip on fifth rep. On fourth rep left calf cramped. Had to step back for about 20 seconds before pulling 5th. 2nd set, first two were DOH, then switched to hook. In two weeks, 365x5x3.
Absolutely did not feel like working out today. Woke up after 6 hrs sleep coughing up bloody phlegm. Can not shake this cold. It seems to clear up for a week or so then comes back. Been going on for about two months now. Oh well.
B weight PR! Went for third rep on 2nd set of B, failed about four inches off the chest. Last rep was pretty bad. Bar was sinking on left side, but fought it back up.
Left calf started cramping badly on 2nd rep of third set of SQs. Went for third rep and it cramped again. Called set. Will go for it again next week.
Shittiest WO in quite a while. Repeat all. I work better in the heat. 46 in the garage today. Too chilly. Between the cold and everything else going on right now, I couldn't stay focused.
Also, may have been dehydrated. Was expecting weight to be around 290, weighed in at 287. Tells me I did not drink enough water today, and looking back over the days consumption, I did not.
