A whole lot of coworkers beclowning themselves with arm circles, hip circles, tons of dumbbell stuff and machine work. The whole time I have been working out here, I can count on one hand the number of actual barbell lifts I have seen.

Shit. Just found out I will be working 72 hours a week for the next couple weeks, months? Depends on how long it takes them to hire someone. Factor in the two hours of drive time each day I work and I'm looking at 84 hrs right there. So training will be catch as catch can, hopefully it won't get too bad.
Dammit boy! Felt like complete ass prior to and during this WO. Got some kind of upper respiratory thing going on, and just generally beat up from work. Oh well. Trying to maintain, so it's got to be done. After every set I started coughing so hard thought I was going to puke several times.
Holy I don't even know...did this WO the morning after finishing 6 nights straight. Have a Drs appt at 10a, so figured there's no point in going home or to sleep. What better to do with my time than squeeze in a WO.
275s B went up pretty easily. I guess all the upper body stimulus I'm getting at work is helping my B???
Have to go back to work tonight. So, rather than resting like I should I'm going to WO.
So warm in garage had to run the shop fan. Geez February.
Damnit. Almost had 5th rep on last set of OHP, but it ground to a halt about three inches from lockout. Racked it, waited a minute and got that last rep.
