Welp...shoulda stayed home today. Completed the damage to my groin that I started on Friday. Now it’s sore from below the groin up into my left abdomen. Pretty sure it’s a form issue, both times I shifted forward slightly while in the hole. Have to NOT do that!!!
Was able to bench with minimal pain, worked up to 365 on DL and couldn’t break it off the ground. Guess I’ll let it heal for a few days and then start Starr rehab.

Yay progress. Got some really nice bruising on inside of left upper thigh. Oh well at least I was able to squat to depth with the bar today. Yay progress.

Hope you recover quickly. The bruising means that something is probably torn so the Starr rehab is a good idea. Are you able to continue upper body work? Why let the press and bench detrain while you rehab. The press can be done sitting if standing causes pain.
