Hahahaha two minute splits. No fucking way on SQs. Will have to work on that. Will have to work on SQs on several levels. In my defense, I just maxed last week, worked 72 hours + travel time in six days and had another down day right after my SQ and B max. I also lost 4-5 lbs last week.

Daaammmn my hammies are sore...decided to Not do SQs as Rx. I had hoped the soreness would ease up as I warmed up but it didn’t. That damn cardio tore me up. Going to take a few weeks to adapt to this program.
Was at Golds Gym in Aiken. Got a warning from the gym owner about setting down deadlifts. While I was using bumpers on top of a 2” thick lifting platform. Because of the noize. And I don’t drop them from the top. Anyways...

Still need that last set on SQs. At least my split times improved. Didn’t want to kill it today b/c I have to work at utility. Plenty of cardio there. actually I’ll probably skip cardio tomorrow since I’m working utility again.
