Got a 1400 total and the USPA SC untested state SHW Masters and Open records. Yay me.
Completely bombed my third SQ attempt. Got about three inches up out of the hole and stalled hard.
I rushed the rerack command on my first B. After that I held the bar once getting my pressout until the spotters grabbed it and put it back in the rack.
It was a fun meet and met some cool people. Now it’s time to cut some weight.

During the meet I strained my left calf. Strain runs from knee to ankle on the outside of my leg. Pain intensified during 315 to the point where I was shifting most of the weight to my right side. Took two plates off to alleviate that.
Getting adjusted to volume work again.
