    Feeling pretty beat up. Still sore from last week, not sleeping well for past week and a half. Time to let off the gas a little. Going to follow Andy Baker's recent advice for a deload, and keep intensity high, but drop volume:

    Was not expecting drop in BW. Had epic cheats all day yesterday. Cracker Barrel blueberry pancakes, plus trimmings, plus one of my wife's pecan pancakes. Shake with half a bag of kettle corn (the really big one that's as long as your leg) some kinda chocolate cake topped with whip cream that was also (the cake part) soaked in chocolate sauce; and then for dinner, a lb of rib roast, mashed potatoes, corn, gravy, popover, broccoli and brussels sprouts, sauteed mushrooms, cold bacon ranch pasta salad and I think that's it. Wasn't expecting to lose weight today.

    Lil guy does not have whooping cough, thank the Lord.

    Haven't maxed out OHP in a while, will see how 200 goes. If first rep is easy, will go for 205.

    F'ing weights always feel so heavy after a deload.

    Feeling feverish today. Not too bad, but temp is definitely elevated. Felt nauseous throughout WO.

    There were some tough reps today. On 2nd set 4th rep of SQs, I missed the stretch reflex at the bottom, coming up I hit my sticking point about 4-5" out of the hole and thought I was going to have to bail. Ground it out and took 4 breaths, hit the last rep.
    On 5th rep of 5th set B, had a grinder. Form stayed good though.
