Squat 355 x 5 , 340 x 5 x 2 (first day doing back off sets. Loving this setup)
OHP 145 x 5 x 1 - failure here. not sure if I messed up switching OHP to TM. Will lower weights just a little bit.
Cleans 167.5 x 3 x 5 - i think I am dialing in my form better. Still can tell it isn't great and still having horrible bicep pain.
