    Light Squats 235 x 5 x 2

    Bench 232.5 x 5 x 3 - Grinders like a mo' but I got them up.

    Deadlift 210 x 5 - The 5th one took a while but locked it out. Double overhand hook grip.

    Biggest dude in the gym as far as Arms go was doing standing curls with the EZ bar and rubber plates ON THE PLATFORM next to me. Noticed a dude waiting that was too afraid to ask him when he was going to be done.

    been a while - here are the last few days:

    Fri 10/24

    Squat 355 x 5 , 340 x 5 x 2 (first day doing back off sets. Loving this setup)

    OHP 145 x 5 x 1 - failure here. not sure if I messed up switching OHP to TM. Will lower weights just a little bit.

    Cleans 167.5 x 3 x 5 - i think I am dialing in my form better. Still can tell it isn't great and still having horrible bicep pain.

    Mon 10/27

    Squats 360 x 5, 340 x 5 x 2.

    Bench 235 x 5 x 3 - Failure because some dickhead spotting me on my last set grabbed the bar from the 3rd rep onward. Despite me telling him to only touch the bar if it started going down and only if I told him to. Dick. Can't count it but I def would have had it.

    Squat 245 x 5 x 2 - light day

    OHP 120 x 5 x 3

    Clean 135 x 3 x 5 - lowered the weight because my bicep is falling off the bone.

    Friday 10/31

    Squat 365 x 5, 345 x 5 x 2 - I started a new grip setup to help my bicep pain and it helped. Here is the thread: http://startingstrength.com/resource...t=50428&page=2

    Bench 235 x 5 x 3 - thanks to the lack of bicep pain from the change in setup on the squat, I had my first pain free bench day in a month or so. This weight was kind of easy.

    Deadlift 415 x 5 - Only got 3 (double overhand hook grip) The 4th rep got stuck just above the knee. Thinking of switching the the rotating rep range setup from PPST3.

    Monday 11/3

    Squat 370 x 5, 350 x 5 x 2 - this was brutal. I drank all day Sunday because of the NYC marathon (funnest day of the year imo) and still feel like crap. Just happy to have gotten all the reps.

    OHP - 130 x 5 x 5 - volume day. was easy. Think I will do 145 for intensity day on Friday

    Power Cleans 155 x 3 x 5 - Have moved DL day to Friday and PC day to Monday.

    Wednesday 11/5

    Squat Light - 265 x 5 x 2

    Bench 237.5 x 5 x 3 - getting to the point where the liftoff is difficult. Will have to start asking for assistance. Hate doing that though because then the dude hover over you in line of sight. Hate that. And he's more apt to grab the bar. Oh well. We shall see.

    Back ext w/45

    Chins 6 5 3

    Played 1.5 hours of basketball later in the evening as part of my Wednesday night pickup game. Usually only play every other game but we only had 10 guys tonight so I played in every game. Hope it doesn't mess up my Friday lifts.

    Friday 11/7

    Squat 375 x 5 x 1, 355 x 5 x 1, 345 x 5 x 1 - needed to take a little extra off the last set. Had a rough night at my buddies pig roast and was out until 1am. I need to stop doing that!

    OHP 145 x 5 - Felt good.

    Deadlift 425 x 1 x 3 (plus 225 SLDL x 3 x 1) - Will begin the rotating rep scheme system since my DL has seemed to stall at 415 for the 2nd time. Still unsure as how to pull this off properly. Need to reread the part in the book about it.

    Monday 11/10

    Squat 380 x 5, 360 x 5 x 2 - I have a cold so knew I would fail going in. Got 4 at 380. Was totally spent so dropped the back off sets a bit to 360 x 5. and 315 x 5. Figure Just getting reps in would be good on the backoff sets.

    Bench 240 x 5 x 3 - last rep took about 10 seconds to lock out.

    Cleans 160 x 3 x 5 - was dizzy and saw stars a few times due to the cold I have but finished em up
