A little slow and sore at first

Chin ups x5, 4x4, 3x2
In between chin sets I did elliptical intervals in ~5min segments.
Just assumed 80% of max or of Friday's squat, I guess.
Thanks! I feel like I'll need it a few weeks from now! And that Barilla thing was kinda nuts, I thought, though I almost don't dare to say that in public. I just mean a journalist asks an old Italian guy why he isn't advertising with pictures of gay couples, in a world where 99% of companies don't advertise with gay couples, that's a bit of a trap, and different than actually funneling money into anti-gay lobbying efforts. That's my understanding. But to each his own boycotts.

Second, great T-shirt. I've consumed enough bottles of that stuff that I probably should have a T-shirt too. I've tried other srirachas, but there is only one true Sriracha, from the Huy Fong Food Company. Works on just about everything.
