    Time to catch up on my log. Didn't realise it has been this long.

    Week 8 - ID

    Squat: 190x5
    Bench: 112.5x5*
    Deadlift: 190x3x3

    Squats were slow and hard. Bench I lifted butt on last 2 reps, bar speed was fast so just a stuff up in technique. Deadlifts were bit away from legs, last set the best.

    Week 9 - VD

    Squat: 165x7,7,8
    Bench: 100x7,7,8

    Knees were really sore before and after squatting. Bench was ok but a bit loose.

    Week 9 - LD

    HBBS: 132.5x5x2
    Press: 75x5x3
    Power Clean: 95x3x5
    Chinups: BW+10kgx7, BWx8,7

    Sore traps from High Bar. Press had some layback happening. Cleans were good but knees sore.

    Squat: 195x5
    Bench: 115x4 (fail)
    Deadlift: 195x3x3

    Knees really sore and back a bit loose on squats.
    Bench I failed last reps due to getting out of the groove too far towards feet, bar speed good except that.
    Deadlift, knees were still killing me so couldn't get proper position at bottom and ended up bar away from skins and some rounding.

    Squat: 170x7,7,9
    Bench: 102.5x7,7,8

    Solid day. Bench completed a 9th but butt came slightly off bench.

    HBBS: 135x5x2
    Press: 77.5x5x3
    Power Clean: 97.5x5x3
    Chinups: BW+12.5kgx5, BWx8,7

    Good highbar this day.
    Press had too much layback, looking like Olympic press last couple reps of sets.
    Power Cleans were solid and easy.

    Bench: 117.5x3x3
    Deadlift: 200x3x3

    Very hot in gym today (37degrees +)
    Squats were slow, reracked third rep second set as the previous was very slow.
    Bench was solid but a bit tough.
    Deadlifts were ok last reps rounded some.

    Bench: 105x7,7,6

    Cramped last set of squats, had another couple of reps in me.
    Bench was good but lifted butt 7th reps last set, was fairly hard.

    Overall was a pretty good session.
    Squats were tough, I'm still not getting good hip drive sometimes, probably due to back angle too vertical. Some slow ones I just stand up like a front squats so strength is there.
    Bench felt great and fast. Did notice some slight bouncing off the best but not much.
    Deadlifts were average. I was fairly fried by now. After first set I was rounded and well away from my shins, last set I don't think it even touched my shins, again strength it there. Upon review I think I need to subliminally remember Kyle yelling cues at me to sit back before I pull and to look up to straighten the back.

    Power Clean: 92.5×3×5
    Chinups: BW+5 ×8

    Went alright. Was a little sore from VD which made squats and press a bit tight.
    Power cleans were easy, some knee soreness though. Chinups got tired after first set.

    Squat: 190×5
    Bench: 110×5
    Deadlift: 190×3×3

    My knees were sore going in. During first rep on squats my left knee had pain, so i kept going and got the 5 out. It is in the back left of the left knee. I've had this before, it just feels weak and hurts a bit. Continued on with not much drama. Although it did cramp on bench so must be when bent, similar happened after getting up off couch etc.
    Squats were great though. Bench was solid.
    I didn't think deadlifts were gonna happen but no issue doing them, all pretty good and more solid.

    BW = 104.2

    Squat: 165×5×5
    Bench: 97.5×5×5

    Squats were not bad speed. Left knee sore.
    Bench was not bad, good bar speed, i had to change to loose flat feet last 2 sets due to knee.
    Getting up off bench once and also when i got home getting up off the couch i had bad sharp pain, as in leg go to jelly and sit down for a minute kind of pain.
    Mainly in the rear left of the knee with the front left every now and then. It has been intermittent but it feels weak and sometimes loose or unstable. I feel my cartiledge tears may have got worse. It's been sore since before my last ID so very strange. Think i need to get an ultrasound or something to start off.

    Another long time I haven't posted, thanks for the reminder. Been busy with other stuff and not on the forums. Will update log when I get a chance.
    Currently on a reset and a lead in to my next comp at start of April.
    Recently failed my squat 210kg triples but redeemed myself with 122.5×3×2 Bench and 215×3×3 Deadlift PRs.
    Down between 102-103kg as of this week.
