    Week 3 - LD
    BW = 105.1

    Press: 70×5×3
    P/Clean: 80×3×5

    Didn't squat as VD was yesterday. I decided to come in so i don't miss too many press days. They felt good but heavy, maybe some knee unlocking on a couple. Getting used to 5s again as i was doing triples for some time.
    Cleans were easy as usual. Was sore from riding and VD yesterday so without squatting today it was hard to get into position. All good overall.

    Week 3 - ID

    Squat: 170×5
    Bench: 102.5×5
    Deadlift: 175×3×3
    ----------------
    Power Clean & Power Jerk: 70, 90, 110, 120 PB, 125f

    Pretty good day really not too hard but had to push at the end on bench.
    Group at the gym were finishing the Crossfit Open WOD 15.1 which second half was 1RM clean and Jerk and they thought i couldn't do it haha. So after i finished Deadlifting and we were waiting for pizzas to arrive i decided to throw a bit around. Only power cleaned and power cleaned and worked up to 120 which is PB of 5kg. Chucked another 5 on just decided not to get under it after i pushed it up. Haha.
    Had beer, good day.

    That's a solid clean. You show the cross fitters up?

    Yeah, one got up to 100kg though, little nugget of a bloke. I could've done heaps more if i practiced and didn't do my normal workout beforehand.

    Week 4 - VD1

    Bench: 95×5×5

    Really good. Felt smooth only a couple were out of the groove.
    Got to gym late, after I'm usually already finished and home due to a meeting so decided to break VD up with Bench today and come in tomorrow with Squat then resuming as usual.

    Week 4 - VD2
    BW = 105.4

    Squat: 155×5×5

    Pretty good at the moment, got a bit loose at the end because of fatigue. Fast bar speed though so in my head.

    Week 4 - LD

    Press: 72.5×5×3
    P/Clean: 82.5×3×5

    Pretty good overall. Press was hard but i think that might equal PR in that rep scheme.

    Week 4 - ID

    Squat: 175×5
    Bench: 105×5
    Deadlift: & RDLs at 60, 70 & 90

    Story: sore right adductor from volume day .... achey all week but not affecting much. Pain got worse during squats but the weighted stretches were making it feel ok-ish. Got them out. Benched ok bit tired.
    Deadlift couldn't get into position due to pain of adductors. Done heaps of 'reps' of 60 with RDLs aswell and it was still hurting and not allowing start position and hurting at full extension. Not happy.

    Monday 09/03/2015
    Week 5 - VD
    BW = 106.3

    Squat: 160×5×5 ~6min rest
    Bench: 97.5×5×5 PB ~5-6min rest

    Awesome! Describes my session. Talked some bullshit so took longer overall, mostly before starting and between exercises.
    Adductor issues nowhere to be seen but some tightness afterwards.
    Squats were a bit taxing towards the end.
    Bench went easily and really happy as it's a PB!

    Week 5 - LD

    Squat: 130×5
    Press: 75×5×3
    P/Clean: 85×3×5

    Adductor issue flared up a little which is annoying. Came up during top set of squats.
    Press was heavy and some excessive layback on later reps but pretty sure this is a rep PR.
    P/Cleans were painful but after first set at work weight they started felling better as they were used, we will see if that continues tomorrow.
