    Welcom to Dan's Intermediate Log of Destiny!

    Gonna start to log here now. I've been lifting now for about 2 years and started of course with the starting strength method.

    I am so sore. Gotta get used to those deficit deadlifts again. Also gotta keep my back more neutral on the squats (flex abs and butt, screw feet into the ground). Cause of my lordosis, neutral feels for me like rounding.

    Not happy with today training! I fucked up. Deadlifts were easy and smooth. Box squat was technique wise good imo, but strength wise a disaster (compared to my first week). My fault! I participated on an american football practice yesterday. Coach warned me that it will mess with my training. Didn't listen, learned the hard way! Oh well, I won't do that again. At least I kicked some butt at practice lol. Everything feels pinched and sore as hell right now. That impact from running etc. my body just doesn't like anymore. I stick to lifting!!! Tomorrow sauna! Wohoooo!
