Nice. Does that make around +15kg on your squat 1RM in just a few weeks?

Yeah, previous best was 190, where I was stuck for about 9 months. It's been 11 weeks, and hoping to get to 210 in comp.

Great! Sounds eminently doable, specially if convince your quads to stop shifting the blame.

Food: hahahaha, turns out my entries for Oat Bran have been incirrect for about 12 months. I realised yesterday as I hit my macros and had 200 calories spare. Turns out yesterday I had 2480cals, and have been about 50 calories shy for the last year.
Fatigue: I am feeling additional fatigue build up from the higher intensity. I also felt that yesterdays squat @10 took a bit of life out of me. One whole heart and half a heart, as my kids would say

    Deadlift (1 warm up, 1@8 1@9, 12% drop for 12 reps)
    205 x 1
    220 x 1
    227.5 x 1 - PR
    192.5 x 3 x 4
the top single was slower than I would have liked. Also had a slight grip issue - the bar slipped a touch at lock out, but I held on to it. Think it would still pass in comp.
Back offs were hard. Felt some glute pain by the end of all of this

    TnG Press (1@8, 3@9 x 2 sets)
    82.5 x 1
    80 x 3 x 2
first set of 3 was bad, had some accidental knee bend. Second set (filmed) was better

    gym story
a girl who I often see in the gym if I'm there early had a PT session while I was doing pulls, seems she wants a strength program. I was worried about her squatting because she's all legs - she's a former Rep Level basketball player, and the trainer gives poor instruction, but turns out she had the movement down instantly. If she sticks with it could be very fucking strong

I didn't even notice the grip slip until you mentioned it here. I didn't see it on IG. It would probably pass in competition if you get a quick down command.

    Still, a nice 501* pull.
