    11/30- school 715p-815
    Pause Squat 275x5, 315x5, 295x5x2, 1s pause, narrow stance, toes forward

    Knees and back didn't hurt with the narrow stance, so that's nice. Going to just take squats for the next few weeks by feel. Probably mostly paused because the lack of rebound helps not hurt my adductor.

    Pause Squat 315x3, 335x3, 355x3, 335x3, 1s pause, narrow stance, toes forward
    Sumo Deadlift 525x3
    SLDL 375x3, 5, hook first set, straps second set

    Squats were okay. Suppose to only pull 2 reps of 525, but pulled 3 cause can.

    The past Tuesday I went to the gym and tried to press, but while warming up there was some sharp pain in my right clavicle area, so I stopped. Hopefully I can press on Saturday.

    Inadequate sleep because almost end of the semester. Studying and working on projects pretty much nonstop. Press and chins fine. Benched a little cause can.

    Going to to a sports med doctor on Monday about my elbow. Hopefully something gets figured out and I can do something to get it better.

    Chin Ups bwx10x3

    Tried to press, felt pulling kind of pain in right clavicle like last Tuesday. Pressed the past Saturday though. Squats today because busy yesterday, so moving Thursdays squats and deads to Friday. Hit first set of squats, but adductor feeling tight and squatting asymmetrically, so dropped to 135 and warmed up more thoroughly.

    Sports med doctor said she at least couldn't feel anything in my elbow messed up. Sending me to physical therapy. Hopefully something helps. Just accumulating all of the injuries. At this rate, I'll soon only be able to do curls.

    Power Cleans 95, 115xsome

    Didn't really do much at the gym. Squtting and deadlifting tomorrow instead of today since squatted on Tuesday. Gym partner was ride home though, so kind of just hung out at gym. Pressed the bar without any pain so that's nice. Power cleans still hurt my hands.

    Squats went well enough. Deadlifts felt horrible. Suppose to max next week. Next week is finals week. School is so fun.

    Got home late, was at school all day studying and working on a project. Light press, didn't have my belt. No clavicle pain.

    Squats okay. Press felt a little weak, but no clavicle pain. Haven't done anything with a dumbbell in a while.

    12/17- school 140p-450
    Pause Squat 385x2, 355x3x2, toes forward, 1s pause
    OHP 145x3, 155x3, 165x1, 135x6x2
    Sumo Deadlift 500x1, 530x1, 540x1
    Bw: 167

    Top set of squats felt better than expected, could've tripled 385. Elbow felt a slight tweak on 165, so stopped after first rep and just did some lighter pressing. Planned on a 550 pull, but just wasn't there today. 530 went so slow I almost stopped there, but attempted 540 and it went up, slowly. Technique wasn't 100% today, so that didn't help.

    Session was long because training partner was doing a mock meet and I tried to schedule my lifts accordingly. Spent a while waiting between lifts.

    Going on a trip from next week, so schedule will be kind of off, plus winter break. Just gotta figure out programming for next semester.

    Also, went to physical therapy on Tuesday. Had my arm/elbow massaged a bit and got some stretched and stuff I'm suppose to do. Going back weekly for a few weeks, not sure what the guy's plan is though. Hopefully it helps.
