    260lbs
    Orangeville, ON Canada

Linear progression total after 3 attempts, 2 years passing and 18 weeks total of doing workouts A&B.

    Sets of 5
    Squats 225 to 410
    Bench 155 to 220
    Press 95 to 160
    Deads 225 to 435
    Power Cleans 110 to 210
    BW 225-260

Moved on to the BBM Beginner Template to run for a bit. I’m enjoying learning about RPE and shaking it up from LP. It just got to the point that grinding out smaller jumps didn’t seem enjoyable.

Will log my first 4 workouts below.

Great session. Felt strong all around even with increases on squat and rows.
Didn’t account properly for press gains but 165x4 felt much easier this week.

    Squat
    405 lb × 4 @ 6
    415 lb × 4 @ 7
    435 lb × 4 @ 8
    455 lb × 1
    475 lb × 1 Single PR

    Bench Press
    170 lb × 10 @ 6
    180 lb × 10 @ 6.5
    190 lb × 10 @ 8

Great session. Tried out some heavier singles for the first time. 475 moved well and fast. Very confident that I have a 500lb squat right now. Will try again in a month or so.

Bench is really responding well to the extra volume instead of micro loading or 3 x 5’s.

    Hook grip

Ended up feeling a bit nauseous after the second set. Didn’t work up to the 8@8 I was planning for. I think I needed to eat closer to the workout and have more carbs.

    Both PR sets
Feeling good lately. Hope to keep healthy.

Got forward on a few squats which made them more difficult than they needed to be. Still struggling with flexibility in the shoulders and getting the grip in the right position for low bar.
