Low back still a little toasty from my deadlift PR, so took it real easy today. Bench PR was solid! Loading the knee very slowly and intentionally. Using a mid-platform foot position instead of up high. Also using a slow tempo and utilizing time under tension and eccentrics to help the tendon out. No rushing it.

Hey Cody, I was just thinking I haven't seen your training log in awhile and then I see nothing's been posted since the beginning of this month. Hopefully you're doing well. Maybe you've moved your log and I'm just not with it haha.
