Patellar tendon hurts just doing air squats. Hurt on bench press. In a funk.

Everything felt strong today. Taking low doses of nsaids. Leg drive was fine, but even 325 on the leg press was starting to make my knee angry. Be patient, Cody.

Yeah, I tried all kinds of stuff. The most knee-friendly position is feet about shoulder width, roughly 15° out, and at the top of the plate. I find you have to push with mid-foot or heel, pressing with the ball is a no-no. There's a thread in the training forum about the leg press where I linked some of my videos where you can see foot position clearly.

I've come to terms with the very real possibility I just deadlift and bench, and do leg presses when my old man joints are being agreeable. Goal is to join the 1200 lb club with just deadlift and bench.

    Did a quick 5s x 8r chins today.

Oh, I love squats when they don't hurt, lol! And my goal is lofty... It will take years if I even make it. By then you'll have a 1500+ total.

    Default Super light bullshit

    Single leg press: 325x6, 325x10, 325x10
    Pin bench: 225x6, 225x6, 225x6
    Cable curls: 3x12
    Hammer curls: 3x15

Trying to apply a small amount of stress to the patellar tendon. Low doses of ibuprofen have helped. Sweet biceps pump.
