Squats 030: 120 kg*5*3 (Sleeves but no belt. Narrower stance with toes more forward because of very tight/pretty sore groin. @7,5 on the last set.)
Bench press: 70 kg*8*3 (@8 on the last set. Ring finger on the rings. Both my shoulders hurt at the moment... Why do I feel like an old man?)
