    DOH - 385x0, 385x0, 385x0...fuck, can get it off the ground but hand just opens up after. 320x10

    Just realized this was supposed to be 380 today not 385, will try 380 next week.

    Squat - 335x5, 275x5x2
    Pulldown 212.5x5x5

    Squat - 285x5x5 Technique feels like its improving finding better way to keep correct bar path
    Pulldown 218.75 - 4.5, 5, 5, 5, 5

    Bench - 255x5, 4, 3, 4, 3 - Something was seriously off. Going to retry on Monday
    Squat - 340x5, 285x5x2
    Pulldown - 222 x 4.5, 4.5, 4.5, 4.5, 4

    Squat - 295x5x5 Feel like I'm actually getting better at keeping the bar over the mid foot. Still have some issues on the last reps, but overall it's pretty good. Can't do it subconsciously yet, but this is a good start.
    Pulldown - 225x5x4.5

    Bench 255x5,5,5,5,3 last rep on 4th set was 2 RPE infinity so just completely gassed after

    Bench - 260x5x3 was going to go for 4th rep on last set but got extremely out of groove early in the set and decided against it.
    Squat - 345x5 (injured upper back), 295x5x2
    Pulldown - 227.5x 4.5, 4.5, 4, 4, 3


    7/31
    Squat - 305x5x5 Amazed how quickly I recovered from injury on Thursday, zero problems
    Pulldown 231.5x 3.5, 4, 4, 3.5. 3.5 Think I've run this block out


    8/1
    Bench - 265x5x3 , +1


    Plan was for 350x5 Squat on Thursday, but pushing this back 1 week due to injury last week and how difficult 345 ended up being.
