Bench - 260x3x4, 4. Spotter did touch the bar on the last set, but the gym isn't the IPF. I'm counting it.

What, I don't follow. Yeah, they touched it. However, I can tell I would of gotten it regardless. The pass/fail criteria on these is personal, and used solely to determine if training and programming are working.

Bench, finished triples and wanted to go for a new max, 285x1 easily, 300 missed. Spotter grabbed it a bit early, might of been able to finish it. 300 is in territory of "only if I did it perfectly", would guess I'm 29x realistically. Will try this same sort of block structure again for bench. Really liked it and produced decent results.

Mugaaz, you're making some nice progress. I just watched the bench clip and your bench reminds me of a form issue that my lifting partner was struggling with recently. In his case two cues helped. The first, and most important for him, was to set the arch and drive the legs hard *before* the eccentric; like him, you look pretty flat, and it doesn't look like you're getting much leg drive. The second was to squeeze the bejeezus out of the bar. I have no way of knowing whether you do so already, of course, but he wasn't and it made his eccentric less controlled.
