Squat: 275x5

Press: 125x5
Took a week off before starting TM and screwed around with some 1 rep maxes one day that week
Squat: 325x1
Deadlift: 385x1, tried 405 and couldn't lock out
Bench: 235x1, no bounce, no pause
I know my press should be higher, but I'm stalled on the other lifts, and I'm okay with the press increasing at a lower rate than if I kept it on novice programming. I screwed up in the beginning by trying to sub dumbbells for barbell (idiot). Maybe these lifts aren't justified for intermediate programming, but I'm giving the TM a go. I'm thinking this will get me up 175/180 lbs BW, the lifts I have no idea. I don't have many posts on my novice thread because I started posting late into my LP.

Switching jobs, so my schedule was not consistent enough this week. Which is inconvenience so early on into starting the TM. So I did a maintenance night
