    5 Intervals, think Im getting close to being able to do 6
    8/9 -
    Squat 315x5x4, 295x5 , went way up on toes set 4, forced myself to do it right set 5
    Chin negatives
    Pulldowns 5x5
    8/10 -
    Bench - 255, 225x5x5
    Seated Dumbell Press - 50x8x4

    8/16 -
    Squat 317.7x5x4, 225x5x2 , making same mistake I always make in the squat. However, this time I think I finally figured out the root cause behind it....

    Deadlift 395x6/7 ? Not sure, Static DOH holds with 315
    8/19 -
    6 intervals on C2
    8/20 -
    Bench 265, 240x5x5 Last set was hard. Going for PR of 245x5x5 on Monday
    Squat 342x5, 245x5,265x5,285x5x3 Trying some things with technique. Maybe one day I'll learn how to squat correctly =(

    Squat 317.5x5x5, 275x5 Trying to do some additional technique work everyday. Have tried resetting weights for technique before, but it never works out and just leads to spinning wheels.
    Pull Ups 3x8

    Going for Bench volume PR today, wish me luck.

    Learning how to get into position with a built, having difficulty with this still, found a belt position that is easier. Noticed my lockouts are looking kind of poor.
