    Bench - 250x5rx5s, +1 - good, felt easy
    Squat - 365x3rx2, 327.5x5r - Had some crazy loss of bank angle with this weight. My squat fucking sucks.
    Pulldown - 219x5rx5s - getting some pain in the left rear delt

    Squat - 330x5rx3s, x4r - Trying to fix more technique stuff. Went ok, but costing me some volume. Really focused on getting my knees back. Will try this again @ 315.

    Bench - 255x5rx5s, +1 = This beats my lifetime / pre cervical injury PR. Feels good. Having some wicked elbow tendonitis again. Think I've identified what is causing it in my squats.

    9/13 -
    Went to a new barbell gym next to where I live to try it out.
    Dead - 445x1, 475x1, 502x0.99 just couldn't lock it out. Owner there told me to focus on pushing my hips through. Tried it again and got it. 502x1.

    9/15
    Bench - 260x5rx5s, +0.5 , torso started twisting under the bar so abandoned mid rep
    Squat - 370x3r, 370x2r, 315x5r - bleh, something not right

    9/17
    C2 Rower, 4 intervals - need to make conditioning a non-optional part of my training. Just 4 intervals and I was wiped out.

    Squats + Pulldowns - Skipped because super tired due to lack of sleep. Weak. Went home took a nap.

    Pulldowns - 225x5r, 225x4.5rx5s
    Not going to make up the squat today because I need to DL tomorrow.

    9/20
    Deadlift - 450x4r - would of liked five, but just didn't feel it was there
    DOH - 400x1, 350x10 - these 10s are more mental effort than the workset
