Bench - 255x5rx5s, +1 = This beats my lifetime / pre cervical injury PR. Feels good. Having some wicked elbow tendonitis again. Think I've identified what is causing it in my squats.

Went to a new barbell gym next to where I live to try it out.
Dead - 445x1, 475x1, 502x0.99 just couldn't lock it out. Owner there told me to focus on pushing my hips through. Tried it again and got it. 502x1.

Squat - 370x3r, 370x2r, 315x5r - bleh, something not right

C2 Rower, 4 intervals - need to make conditioning a non-optional part of my training. Just 4 intervals and I was wiped out.

Deadlift - 450x4r - would of liked five, but just didn't feel it was there
DOH - 400x1, 350x10 - these 10s are more mental effort than the workset
