    Not a great workout today. Probably due to a little weight loss.

    Almost losing my adult male status!

    Very little sleep/not eating for 8 hours/weight loss means super weak today.

    Just 1 single. I am scheduling an elective procedure next week so I will have to take 2 weeks off of lifting after the procedure as I really don't want any complications. But, it is something that i really want to do for my own peace of mind. I won't mention it here or on Youtube at this point. I will probably mention it later on.

    Just did singles today due to time and since I will end up taking time off anyways. I will do 1 deadlift single tomorrow and see if I can get 390-395 since it's only been 1 rest day since the last time that I deadlifted. It is likely that next week will be a consultation so I might have some more time until I actually have to rest in which case I will resume doing volume work next week but I will see how it goes.

    Missed a few days and it shows.

    Ok, so, I am changing my workout split a little bit. I can't spend more than 1 hour at the gym anymore. I do "technically" have the time and I feel like a little wimp for saying this, but after a whole days work, I am just not willing to spend 2+ hours at the gym anymore. I can do 1 hour max now. So, the weekly volume is the same but it's spread out more. Basically, since I do RPE, I can go quite frequently. It will be like:

    Day 1: Upper body
    Day 2: Squat
    Day 3: SLDL
    Day 4: Upper body
    Day 5: Squat
    Day 6: SLDL
    Day 7: Rest

    If I happen to miss a day, I will just pick up where I left off in the order but move the rest day to the very end. This means I go basically everyday but I don't spend more than 1 hour. I will see how it goes.

    Since the workouts are not long anymore, I can just chug a gatorade and eat a packet of pop tarts and I should have enough fuel for the whole workout. This is handy for me because it often happens that I eat lunch at 11 and then don't eat until like 8-9 and then workout. Anyways, it looks like the procedure will be pushed back some time.
